How many AC units do I need for my tent?
Depends on tent size, number of guests, and event time. General rule: one ton per 15-20 sqm in summer. A 100 sqm tent (10×10m) needs approximately 5-6 tons. We will help determine the right number during free site inspection.
Does the service include electricity?
We provide electrical connections for AC units and necessary cable extensions. If sufficient power source is not available, we can provide diesel generators at additional cost starting from 500 SAR/day.
What is the difference between split AC and desert cooler?
Split AC cools air using refrigerant and works in enclosed spaces, while desert coolers use water for humidification and cooling, suitable for open areas. Split is more powerful but consumes more electricity. Desert coolers are economical but need airflow.
How much does tent AC rental cost?
AC prices start from 150 SAR/day for medium desert cooler, 300 SAR/day for 2-ton split, up to 10,000 SAR/day for large ducted systems. Price includes delivery, installation, and maintenance.
